| When do you update the topics each week? | ||
| The topics are usually updated by Tuesday morning of each week. You can access the new topics by logging into the Member's Area and accessing the topics from your menu of options. | ||

| I can not make a purchase online. Do you have a downloadable order form? | ||
| Yes. Simply email us and let us know that you need a downloadable order form. We'll reply with an order form created in Microsoft Word. Once the form is completed, either email, fax, or mail it back to us and your order will be processed. | ||

| What forms of payment does ExtempTopics.com accept? | ||
| We accept all major credit cards, checks, PayPal, and school purchase orders. If you are a first time customer, we will require some sort of proof of payment prior to your order being processed. This is achieved by faxing us a purchase order, faxing us a brief 'promise to pay' statement on school letterhead, or making your payment in full using a major credit card through our website. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. | ||

| When will I receive my tournament topics? | ||
| We will email your tournament topic package to you on the Wednesday prior to your tournament. Of course if you need the topics sooner, simply indicate your preferred delivery date on your online order form. | ||

| I have placed a subscription order. When will my account become active? | ||
| We attempt to activate all subscription accounts within 24 hours after payment is received. For new customers, activation time varies depending on when we receive a faxed copy of your purchase order or online credit card payment. | ||
